UPDATE: Due to social-distancing measures we’ve put in place at our fulfillment center, there will be a 3-5 delay in our return processing. We have extended our return policy to 60 days to accommodate for any delays in your original shipping.
We know that it's sometimes necessary to return an item so we will make it as easy as possible. We gladly accept returns purchased from Rocketdog.com within the first 30 days of receiving your purchase.
All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. We encourage you to try on your Rocket Dogs indoors to make sure everything looks and feels great!
HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Processing a return is simple - no authorization from Rocket Dog is required.
For your convenience, a prepaid Federal Express SmartPost shipping label will be included with your purchase. When this label is used, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The FedEx SmartPost label cannot be used for returns outside the U.S.
If you choose not to use our prepaid label, you may ship the return using a carrier of your choice to:
We highly recommend the use of a traceable shipping method such as FedEx SmartPost or UPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from receipt in our warehouse to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

Due to high demand and constantly changing inventory, unfortunately there is no guarantee we will have what you would like. We recommend you place a new order for the item you want and return your prior purchase for a full refund using one of the shipping options noted above. Include the new order number on the Return Form and the shipping charge will not be deducted from your credit.
